Monthly - Normally with a slightly higher per month charge typically £30ish with only a tie in for one month, the only snag is your setup cost is payable with each new provider if you switch.

Annual - As it states a one year contract of which the costs can be as low as £22 from respectable companies. The annual accounts generally have a few more features, extra web space, more email addresses etc....
